SOGs - Standard Operating Guidelines are placed on this website as a Guideline only.  Fort Blackmore Volunteer Fire Department will use the SOGs as a Guideline for Operations. The Chief Officer and the other Line Officers will use the SOGs as a Guide Toward Firefighting and NOT as a "Procedure".  For more information on the difference between a Guideline and a Procedure, contact the Fire Department
